SCHOLARS ARE NOW BEING SOUGHT. Candidates for scholarships in 2008-2009 are now being sought by Rotary Clubs in the London Area. All the clubs were provided with details at the District Assembly on 19 April 2007. Interviews will take place during June and July 2007. GROUP STUDY EXCHANGE REPORT PRESENTATIONS

A series of meetings have now been organised such that all Rotarians can meet the team that has represented us in District 9810, Melbourne, and hear about their experiences.

BILL GATES CHALLENGE

The Rotary Foundation are to receive a $100 million Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation grant which Rotary will raise funds to match, dollar-for-dollar over three years.  Rotary will spend the intitial $100 million within one year in direct support of immunisation activities.

It is hoped that clubs in our District will consider a Polio contribution in support of this Challenge.
