On this page you can complete the on-line Membership Attendance Return. When you click on Submit, the return will be saved in our database and a notification email will be sent to the District Attendance Officer, and a copy will be sent to the email address you provide below. This is the preferred method of submitting Attendance Return information.
The Membership Attendance Return is required to be received by 20th of each month.
