District Assembly – 11^th April 2010
at City of London School for Boys

As this year’s District Assembly starts at 10.00am (registration from 9.15am) and ends at 3.00pm, we are trying a different method of catering that should result in less time wasted in queues and a better choice of food to eat. It will also allow more time for the club’s officers and chairmen/ specialists to plan the coming Rotary year.

Outline timetable for refreshments:

  09.15 – 10.00 Breakfast: Tea*, Coffee*, Fruit Teas, Juice, Croissants & Jam, Ham or Cheese or
  Egg-Mayonnaise Roll

  10.00 District Assembly starts

•  

  10.45 – 11.30 Staggered Mid-Morning Break with Tea*, Coffee* & Biscuits

•  

  12.30 Lunch served in Pre-packed Lunch Boxes delivered to the seminar rooms

•  

  15.00 District Assembly closes

  All boxes are served with plastic cutlery, serviette, soft drink carton and a slice of cake:
