District Governor Elect

District Handbook 2018/19

Last year we tried a different method of collecting the information from the clubs, the feedback was favourable, so we are repeating it this year.
The forms are very easy to use, and with a few simple steps, we can get the whole process finished in a couple of weeks. The window opens today and the form are available now and the window will close on 19 May 2018.
Please use the Club Contact form once, to enter your club information and the Contact Information form, once for every member in your club who you want to appear in the directory.
The links for the forms are on the District Governor Elects page on the District Website.
If you need help filling in the form, I can come to your club or we can meet at York Gate to give you a small tutorial on how to use the forms.
Once the data is saved you do not have the ability to edit it or delete it, but a phone call or email to me is all it will take to get it rectified.
If you need help, all you have to do is ask

Some clubs last year asked if they could send in a spreadsheet with their data on, so this year we are making a template available.
The spreadsheet has 2 pages, one for members and one for Club Information.
Before you return the Spreadsheet to me, please rename it, so your club name is obvious
