District 1130 Assistant Governors Pages

On this page you can complete the on-line Membership Attendance Return. When you click on Submit, the return will be sent by email to the District Attendance Officer, and a copy will be sent to the email address you provide below. This is now a LIVE SYSTEM and may be used as A SUBSTITUTE for the attendance return. Completing this form will be treated equally with the old paper based method (which will continue for those Rotarians who are yet to get internet access).

The Membership Attendance Return is required to be received by 20th of each month.
