Training is an important part of the "skills development" offered as part of being a Rotarian. Inexperienced Rotarians can benefit and improve their knowledge and performance by taking part. Experienced Rotarians have an opportunity to share their knowledge and experience, returning the benefit that time has delivered them to their fellow Rotarians. "When two Rotarians meet and talk. both leave with new ideas!". With these training programmes, everyone wins!
